Did you know Autumn begins in September but doesn’t actually end until December? Neither did I. This beautiful heart warming season is the perfect time for an engagement shoot. It’s also a great excuse to get cosy with your partner as you have photographs to celebrate your relationship. As the trees prepare for winter the landscape is filled with a chemistry of colour. I just love the heart warming tones of the autumn. It makes me want to spend all my days outside, except for when the rain falls. 

Luckily when I caught up with Jade and Callum we somehow managed to escape the massive rain storm at Formby beach by 5 minutes! It was so beautiful to wander in the golden woodland and sandy dunes. Jade and Callum are getting married in Greece which I just know is going to be AMAZING! I don’t think you’ll have the same problem of escaping the rain in such a beautiful place. I’m also positive that the sandy beaches till be less windy too! 

What I love most about these two and I find with most couples is they say. “We aren’t the romantic type” or “We don’t show much affection in public” or naturally “we feel nervous of the camera”. Less than 2 minutes into the shoot and Jade and Callum were absolutely nailing it. It was just like hanging out with friends, being daft. They are so well connected and for me as a photographer that’s what it’s all about! The camera never lies…
