Autumn Wedding Photographs at Browsholme Hall Tithe Barn
It’s always a pleasure to witness the beauty that is the stunning Browsholme Hall. It’s historic house and magnificent gardens look so enchanting no matter what the month or the season. I’d even go as far as to say this incredible wedding venue would even look spectacular in the deepest darkest of winters. Step back a couple of months and imagine the warm, inviting days of the Autumn. Possibly one of my favourite seasons to photograph. The trees are full of warm and inviting tones, the grounds scattered the same, like confetti. It always feels cosy enough to venture out but it’s cool enough to warrant a wedding dress with delicate sleeves. The autumn, defined by the September sun and the October orange.
When Libby and David chose to marry I’m almost postitive the month of Autumn was an absolute given, as I’m not sure if the warm inviting tones could suit a couple more. That’s not even mentioning how perfect Libby’s hair flows amongst the reds and browns.
Libby started the morning with her girls in the cutest Mews cottage on the grounds of the historic estate. It’s the cutest space to start your wedding morning, with ample room for yourself and your bridesmaids. As always it was a pleasure to catch up with the wonderful Frankie Noone (Makeup by Frankie) and Mairead (Wedlocks Hair). These guys are an absolute dream team on for your wedding morning. The bride and bridesmaids all looked absolutely incredible!
Libby and David had spent quite a significant amount of time making all kinds of DIY details for their wedding day. We even hand picked the pine cones used for the place names whilst on their pre wedding photo shoot in Formby woods a few months prior. The confetti cones were all hand punched autumnal leaves, the cake made by the groom’s sister and hand baked favours, iced, coloured cookies which had all been hand stamped for the added personal effect. Needless to say the attention to detail was incredible.
