The atmosphere in this bespoke and unique wedding venue is just magical. The newly converted rustic barn is located in Mobberley in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. The exclusive use family run wedding venue is set on a working farm. Family run the team at Owen House are offering a truly unique and personalised wedding experience for all their couples.
The venue is well thought out and has the perfect space for every eventuality on your wedding day. From bridal preparations in The Beauty Shed to Groom preparations in the BAA-ber Shed. A dedicated Ceremony Barn, the Main Barn for your wedding breakfast and a private shooting gallery to guarantee you have amazing wedding photographs no matter what the weather has in store.

Wedding Ceremonies at Owen House
The hidden ceremony room is located next door to the main wedding barn. Guests enter through a tiny wooden barn door that feels like a fantasy entrance. The magical ceremony room is perfectly lit with natural light from the front of the barn but also has perfectly placed spotlights on the couple. The fairy lights then create the perfect romantic atmosphere for you to exchange your wedding vows.
Wedding Preparations at Owen House
There’s space for everyone to get ready at Owen House wedding barn. Brides have the option of using The Beauty Shed. Perfectly situated next to the wedding barn so you’re hidden from all your wedding guests until the wedding ceremony. The preparation room has three salon chairs and matching beauty mirrors to ensure there’s plenty of space for your whole wedding party to get ready with you on the morning of your wedding day. The private dressing room has floor to ceiling mirrors on three walls so you can see your wedding dress from every angle.
