Some couples want full morning coverage, the nerves and the getting ready and the walk to the door. Others want just the ceremony, a few family shots, portraits. You’re in control. My coverage is priced by the hour so you take exactly what you need and nothing you don’t.

THE GETTING READY
It’s where your story begins. Before the room. Before the registrar. Before the moment everything changes, there’s a morning that belongs entirely to you.
Maybe you’re getting ready together, stealing glances in the mirror. Maybe you’re apart, feeling the particular electricity of not seeing each other yet. Either way, the room is full of something you can’t quite name. Anticipation. Tenderness. The low hum of something enormous about to happen.
These are the photographs you won’t know you needed until you’re looking at them years from now.
THE CEREMONY
The door opens. The room shifts. Every person in it feels it at the same time.
Register office and town hall ceremonies are short by design, twenty minutes, maybe thirty. But those minutes are dense with feeling. The tremble in a voice reading vows. The exhale when the rings slide on. The first look between you as a married couple, still half disbelieving it’s real.
Fast and fleeting and absolutely worth every frame.
THE CONFETTI
You’re outside. You’re married. And someone is about to unleash an embarrassing amount of confetti.
This is the exhale. The eruption. The moment the quiet intensity of the ceremony tips over into pure joy with petals everywhere, everyone cheering, you two at the centre of it completely unaware of how good you look.
It lasts about forty five seconds. It photographs beautifully. So grab your guest a good amount to share.
THE GROUP SHOTS
Town Hall and Register Office weddings are pretty fast paced.
I know you don’t want to spend endless time standing around but your parents and your nan might appreciate a nice family photograph to show you off.
Before your wedding day I’ll grab the details of your immediate family to make sure there’s zero faff on the day and we can grab those all important family photographs in as little time as possible.
That way you can move swiftly on to celebratory drinks at your favourite bar.
THE PORTRAITS
If you’re getting married in the city we’ll send your guests off for drinks while we have a 15 minute portrait session along the way.
Creating some artistic portraits of you that show your genuine connection. There’s no stiff posing or awkward moments but instead gentle direction towards the best light and the most attractive angles.
THE PARTY
Two hours sometimes just isn’t enough. You want to capture the essence of your party? A couple of pictures with your champagne and whiskey? You want to set the scene of your party before you dine?
Most my couples add a couple of hours coverage to cover the impromptu speeches so I can be there, hidden in the mix capturing the beginning of the chaos, documenting the start of the messy and the electric vibes of the unfolding celebrations.
AFTER THE WEDDING
As you’re nursing your hangovers, packing for your honeymoon and living in the newlywed bliss I’ll be carefully selecting your social media preview. A handful of images shared within a couple of days because who wants to wait?
As you’re soaking up the sun on your honeymoon, drinking cocktails on the beach I’ll be working on your full set of photographs. Each one carefully curated in my signature editing style with the love, care and attention it deserves.
Your full selection of photographs will be presented to you in your very own super stylish private online gallery. Available 2-4 weeks after your big day, the password protected viewing gallery is where you select your favourites to share with your family, download all your images to show them off and even order yourself some show stopping images for your walls.
