Iscoyd Park Weddings
Iscoyd Park is a beautiful Country House wedding venue located in stunning parkland on the border of North Wales, Shropshire. It’s so gorgeous, the classical Georgian house is the perfect backdrop for your wedding day photographs. From the moment you step through the door you feel like you’re at home, it’s so warm and cosy, there is definitely quite a magical feeling about the venue.
Set in its own private grounds this dream wedding venue blows you away from the moment you enter the drive. The Georgian Family home is the perfect place to spend celebrating your wedding day. The layout of the country house and gardens provides you with endless possibilities for you to make your wedding day personal and relaxed. Picture perfect locations for your wedding photographs at Iscoyd Park
Every element of the wedding day has been thought through in the design of Iscoyd Park. It’s the perfect wedding venue for amazing wedding photographs, which is why I love documenting weddings in this very special place.
The elegant bridal suite is very spacious and extremely light, perfect for natural documentary photographs as you prepare for your wedding day. There’s plenty of room for you to spend the whole morning being pampered with your bridesmaids.
The gorgeous interior of the drawing rooms with their large windows allow the light to flood through into the house. The marquee is also extremely well lit which is great for your wedding reception photographs. Personally my favourite room of all is the garden room. I love photographing the dancing there mainly because of its unique shape and character.
The grounds are beyond amazing. The elegant and romantic gardens are so well manicured it’s an absolute must to have a walk around on your wedding day. As my style of photography is so natural and relaxed I’ll be walking with you as you get lost with one another in this gorgeous setting. They stretch so far back with little walkways and secret piano’s amongst the old tree’s. Even the gardens have been designed to show colour through all the seasons of the year. It really is the perfect place.

Stay the night before your wedding at Iscoyd Cottage
The luxury cottage is situated on the edge of the park and no more than a few minutes drive to the main house. It’s the perfect place to spend the night before your wedding day before you arrive at the main house bridal suite to put your wedding dress on. It means you can have your hair and make up in the beautifully designed space and spend your morning in a relaxed environment. The cottage is perfectly set up so that you’ll have all the space you need for you and your bridal party to have your hair and makeup applied on the morning of your wedding day.
Wedding ceremonies in the Garden Room
The luxurious and modern Garden Room at Iscoyd Park is my favourite location for wedding ceremonies. Seating up to 130 guests the magical shape of this space allows it to feel almost church like. The porcelain floors and clean walls with modern pillars the simplicity of the space is just magically breath taking. The minimalist of the design means it’s a blank canvas for your wedding day but you really don’t need to add more than a few candles down the long aisle to make it even more stunning.
Intimate weddings in the Drawing Room
Situated in the main house this is a smaller and more intimate space for wedding ceremonies. Full of character and history. Old family portraits and classical paintings adorn the walls, and the chandeliers, marble fireplace and beautiful wooden floors give this room a romantic elegance, giving that real sense that you’re getting married in a more traditional country house. The large Georgian windows flood the room with light but also frame the gorgeous views of the gardens during your wedding ceremony.
Wedding receptions in the permanent Marquee
The marquee at Iscoyd Park isn’t your average marquee. It feels more like a luxury space, with solid floors and dimmed lights. It’s a modern extension to the main house. A space for you to entertain all your wedding guests for your wedding breakfast and wedding speeches. The elegance of the blank canvas allows you to add as much or as little as you like to personalise your wedding decor to suit your theme. The large glass sides allow the light to flood in during the day but also offer a space for your guests to relax on the terrace or walk around the gardens as the sun sets.
